Cleaning

When disassembling the bearing for inspection, first take pictures and other methods to make a record of the appearance.  In addition, confess the amount of remaining lubricant and sample the lubricant before cleaning the bearing.

In order to distinguish whether the removed bearing can be used from the beginning, the standard accuracy, rotation accuracy, internal clearance, and wear of the cooperation surface, raceway surface, retainer and seal ring should be checked.  Regarding the inspection effect, it can be distinguished and judged by the conventional bearing or the user who knows the reasonable bearing. In addition, the inspection cycle and inspection parameters can be different according to the use of the mechanical function and the importance of related factors.  If the above-mentioned damages cannot meet the requirements for reuse, the bearings must not be used from the beginning and must be replaced.
